that the product has not been used in any way and is returned to us in its original packing. If any product that is
purchased is faulty we will exchange it for an identical replacement free of charge provided that the product is returned
to us in its original packaging and we are notified of the fault. The replacement is at the discretion of the

We only offer refunds on faulty goods to countries inside the European Union. If goods are to be shipped or used overseas

dispatched inside or outside the United Kingdom and inside the European Union can be swapped. However, the customer is
responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us as well as the return carriage costs back to the customer. If
any product that is purchased is faulty we will exchange it for an identical replacement free of charge or a full refund.

us in writing to our address. You will then be refunded within thirty days and may return the goods to us, although this
will be at your cost and if we have to collect them we may deduct the collection costs from the refund paid to you minus
any expenses incurred. During the period that you retain the goods until they are returned to us, you must take reasonable
care of them to prevent damage. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Charter Terms & Conditions
In the following Terms and Conditions; the "Hirer" shall be deemed to be the person or persons responsible for chartering the vessel; the "Company" shall be deemed to be Hydrapro; the "Skipper" shall be deemed to be the person appointed by the Company to be in charge of the vessel for the duration of the charter or the person nominated by the Company to take over the role of Skipper in the event of the incapacity, for any reason, of the appointed Skipper.
The Company welcomes family groups aboard with prior notice to allow for the provision of life jackets. The Company will provide all passengers with life jackets and these must be worn at all times when aboard the vessel. The Skipper of the vessel has final say on who is fit to partake in the charter of the vessel. The safety of crew and passengers is paramount and inappropriate behaviour or anyone thought to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances may be denied passage. If the skipper considers it necessary to vary the duration, destination or route of the charter due to the actions or behaviour of the hire party or due to weather, tidal or other reasons his orders will be obeyed by the Hirer. In such instance, the Company will not be liable under any circumstances for any expenses incurred by the Hirer as a result of such variation in the charter. If it is necessary to vary the charter due to actions or behaviour of the hire party, the Hirer will be liable for all expenses and any consequential loss caused by such variation.
The Company will not be liable for any loss, damage or delay to any persons or their possessions whilst embarking or disembarking from the vessel or at any time during the charter which may arise from or be in any way connected with any act, omission or negligence of any person employed by the Company. The Company will not be liable for death or personal injury to any persons resulting from any act or omission other than the Companys negligence.
The Hirer will be liable for any loss or damage to the vessel or equipment or for any delay howsoever caused by them or by persons in their party. The cost of such loss or damage to the vessel or equipment will be charged for at cost price and where appropriate the cost of labour will also be included in such costs. In the event of any loss or damage to the vessel or equipment or for any delay caused by the Hirer or by persons in their party, the Hirer will be liable for all consequential losses of the Company, which may arise. Before embarkation the Hirer is invited to inspect the vessel.
The Company reserves the right to substitute the vessel chartered with another vessel and, if necessary, to alter the destination, duration or route of the charter or cancel the Charter for reasons such as, but not limited to, mechanical failure, weather and tidal conditions which are beyond its control. In such instances the Company will not be liable in any event for any expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Hirer or members of the Hirers party caused by such substitution, alteration or cancellation. It is recommended that all passengers take out suitable insurance. All deposits are none refundable or transferable. The deposits may be transferred to future charters only at the discretion of the company.
